We are not going to prevent everyone from educating and increasing your skills. We wouldn’t have little chance of doing it, anycase. But you should know by now that we are a strong advocate of independence and self-reliance. But if one person destroyed his house down because he thought that he could do that electrical job, and was not sufficiently knowledgeable to do the job|task right… well, that is not what we had in mind when started this energoproject. We have seen some electrical wiring horrors throughout Russia, and major share|most were done by homeowners who thought that doing electrical wiring|work was no more worthy of care than sweeping the backyard!
